Community Awards 

At the Annual TAGS Summer Forum, three awards are presented to community individuals/organizations who have made significant contributions in the area of aging.

Harriet Griffin Award.  This award is presented to an individual or group who demonstrates excellence in public policy regarding older adults.  Click here to view and print off application. 

Mildred O Hogstel Award.  This award is presented to an individual or group who demonstrates excellence in education and academics regarding older adults.  Click here to view and print off application.

Janet Pacatte Award.  This award is presented to an individual or group who demonstrates excellence in direct service with older adults in any discipline.   Click here to view and print off application.
